When you complete the Online Registration / Expression of Interest form or the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name and preferred name, date of birth and age, gender or pronouns if you choose to share them, phone number, email address, mailing address, participant category, current status, agriculture experience, areas of interest, availability, transportation, emergency contact details and — for applicants under 18 — parent or guardian contact details.

Registration information will be used to process applications, communicate with applicants and administer FFC ORG programs. That includes reviewing eligibility, allocating training streams and project areas, arranging supervision and safety requirements, and sending you program details, participation terms and next steps.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand demand for different programs and plan future intakes.

FFC ORG does not sell applicant personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only where it is necessary to run the program (for example, with a supervising instructor for your project area), where you have given consent, or where we are required to do so by law.

Applicants aged 13 to 17 must provide parent or guardian contact details, and parent or guardian consent is required before participation. Program communications concerning a minor may be sent to the parent or guardian as well as the applicant.

A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review, correct or request deletion of a minor's registration information.

Registration submissions are stored in a secure database that is not publicly accessible and is available only to authorised FFC ORG administrators. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain application information only as long as needed for program administration.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing teamffcorg@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your application.
