Learn by Doing
Real practical learning instead of theory only.

Future Farmers of Canada
FFC ORG helps people ages 13–70 develop practical agriculture, business and life skills through hands-on learning, supervised farm projects and real-world experience.
Our mission
Our mission is to help people build practical skills, confidence and independence through agriculture.
FFC ORG combines hands-on farm learning, supervised agricultural projects, business education and community participation.
Participants may learn how to grow, create, package, market and sell agricultural products while developing responsibility, leadership and entrepreneurship skills.

What makes us different
Real practical learning instead of theory only.
Selected participants can receive supervised access to agricultural land and project areas.
Learn how agricultural products can be turned into practical earning opportunities.
Learn costing, pricing, packaging, branding, marketing and customer service.
Connect youth, adults, families, newcomers, experienced people and retirees.
Agriculture naturally includes outdoor movement, responsibility and active participation.
Programs
Every stream runs from first principles through to how the product reaches a customer.
From bare soil to a packed crate — the full cycle of growing food people actually buy.
Field-scale thinking: planning a season, working the crop and handling it after harvest.
Trees are long-term projects. Learn to care for them and sell what they produce.
Start earlier, grow longer and produce the plants every other project depends on.
Responsible, safety-first handling and daily care routines around livestock.
How a working farm is organised — tools, equipment awareness, planning and safety.
The numbers and the brand behind the produce — what turns growing into a business.
The habits that carry over into every workplace, household and business.
