A Canadian agriculture learning, participation and earning initiative

FFC ORG was created around a simple idea: practical agricultural education and leadership development change what people are able to do with their time, their land and their households. Rather than teaching agriculture as a subject, we run it as work — real soil, real seasons, real products and real customers.

Our founding intake is located near Brampton, Ontario and is limited to 25 participants. The organisation will provide suitable land and project areas to selected participants for supervised agriculture learning and production activities.

Participants learn to grow, care for, harvest, package, brand and market agricultural products, and to understand the business behind them: costing, pricing, presentation and customer service. Alongside that, the program develops responsibility, teamwork, communication and confidence.

FFC ORG has its own Canadian identity and is an independent organisation. We are not affiliated with FFA, the National FFA Organization, 4-H, any government agency or any school unless such a partnership is formally confirmed and announced.
